About Tadeusz Kosciuszko Monument

The Tadeusz Kosciuszko Monument is located at the northern entrance to Cooma and was a bicentennial gift from the Federal Council of Polish Associations in Australia to the town. The monument commemorates the discovery of Mount Kosciuszko, and the contribution of Polish settlers to the Snowy Mountains Scheme. There is an information turnout, coach and car parking available.
